# Meet the Designer
Patti Booth is the Founder and Creative Director of Miniaday Designs, LLC, a creative studio specializing in watercolor illustration, immersive surface pattern collections, and thoughtfully curated visual storytelling for licensing, hospitality, educational, and lifestyle environments.
Her work combines original watercolor artwork, coordinated pattern collections, and story-driven design to create cohesive visual ecosystems that translate across hospitality, home décor, stationery, textiles, paper goods, educational products, adaptive products, and thoughtfully designed lifestyle collections.
Inspired by nature, travel, vintage artistry, miniature environments, and meaningful everyday experiences, Patti creates collections that invite connection, spark curiosity, and bring a sense of warmth and belonging to the spaces people live, learn, work, and gather.
Her creative approach evolved through years of designing and building miniature worlds, including the development of an original solar-powered dollhouse and the long-running Miniaday creative platform. This foundation in storytelling and environmental design continues to influence the layered, immersive quality of her collections today.
Patti works across Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Procreate, and digital design systems to develop production-ready licensing collections, coordinated pattern ecosystems, presentation materials, and visual assets designed for commercial application.
In addition to her creative work, Patti brings decades of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, education, training development, quality improvement, and systems-based thinking. These experiences shaped her belief that thoughtful design has the power to create connection, dignity, learning, comfort, and meaningful human experiences. Her background continues to influence the way she approaches storytelling, organization, accessibility, and user-centered design.
A graduate of the University of Hawaii, Patti has lived and traveled internationally throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States. These experiences provide a broad cultural perspective that informs her hospitality, educational, and lifestyle collections.
Patti is also the creator of the evolving Miniaday Learning System™, an educational initiative that combines creativity, storytelling, social emotional learning (SEL), and gentle learning experiences for children, families, educators, and lifelong learners. Through books, companion resources, and character-driven learning tools, the system encourages confidence, empathy, resilience, curiosity, and meaningful connection.
At the heart of Patti's work is a simple belief: every person wants to feel seen, valued, encouraged, and connected. Drawing from experiences in healthcare, education, leadership, caregiving, and personal resilience, she creates collections, stories, and learning experiences that celebrate belonging, dignity, creativity, and the human spirit. Whether designing for hospitality, home décor, educational products, adaptive markets, or lifestyle brands, her goal is to create meaningful work that brings beauty, comfort, hope, and connection into everyday life.
Her collections are available for licensing collaborations across hospitality, interiors, textiles, stationery, paper goods, educational publishing, adaptive products, and lifestyle markets.
