Miniaday Designs – Return & Refund Policy (Draft)

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item at Miniaday Designs is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delivery delays caused by carriers or customs.

However, if we make an error—for example, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, color, or design)—we will gladly make it right with a replacement or refund.

To report an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@miniadaydesigns.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items should be kept in their original condition and packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error on our part.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items where the order details were entered incorrectly by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Sizing issues resulting from customer measurements/selection

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible under this cooling-off period:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To exercise this right, please email info@miniadaydesigns.com within 14 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your damage/issue claim (or received an approved EU return), we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@miniadaydesigns.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Miniaday Designs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
