At Miniaday Designs, LLC, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, print-on-demand products for our customers. To ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process, we partner with Printify and other trusted fulfillment providers. The following shipping policy outlines important information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and responsibilities related to lost or damaged packages.
Processing Times
Because every item is made-to-order, each product is created exclusively for your order.
Processing typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current production volume. During holiday seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may vary.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the size/weight of the products in your order.
You will see exact shipping charges during checkout before completing your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
United States:
• Standard shipping: 3–4 business days after processing
• Expedited options may be available for an additional fee
International:
• Typical delivery: 10–30 business days after processing
• Customs inspections may cause delays
• Import duties and customs fees (if charged) are the customer’s responsibility
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking may be limited or unavailable for some international destinations depending on carrier capability.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@miniadaydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will review your claim and assist with a replacement when the fulfillment provider confirms the error.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages (IMPORTANT)
Miniaday Designs is not responsible for packages that are marked “Delivered” by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or missing from the customer’s address.
Once a package shows a confirmed Delivered scan, ownership transfers to the recipient, and any theft, loss, or misdelivery must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Most carriers do not honor insurance claims on packages marked as Delivered.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
• Check with neighbors, family members, or your leasing office
• Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
• Contact your local post office or carrier office
• File a Missing Mail Search or claim directly with the carrier
Miniaday Designs cannot replace, or refund orders marked as Delivered, as we have no control over theft or carrier handling after delivery.
For added protection, customers may choose (when available) to purchase Route Package Protection or similar insurance at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees once the package reaches your country. These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you need more information.
