Shipping Area
Miniaday Designs, LLC currently ships physical products to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Miniaday Designs products are made to order. Production and processing time occurs before an order is handed to the shipping carrier and is separate from transit time.
Any estimated production or delivery time shown on the website, at checkout, or in an order confirmation is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order after the order has shipped.
Order Accuracy and Changes
Orders are automatically sent to our production partners shortly after they are placed. Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before submitting your order.
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change. Because production may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee address corrections, order changes, or cancellations after an order is submitted.
Occasionally, production or carrier delays may occur because of high order volume, weather, holidays, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will contact you with information about the delay and available options.
Delivery Issues
If an order is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist with the carrier inquiry.
If your item arrives with a printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@miniadaydesigns.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
